The third release in the Psylocybina catalog belongs to w_iro, a co-founder of the project. On "Ebb and Flow" you will find two tracks inspired by the natural world, as well as the unpredictable character of the reality around us.

The footage was created in the charming village of Michalowice in the foothills of the Karkonosze mountain range and the area of the Karkonosze National Park. It was the result of total immersion in the creative process among nature and in the surroundings of inspiring people.

Nature is full of mysterious and beautiful rhythms and cycles, one of them is an ebb and flow of energy. This natural cycle of rising and falling energy can be seen in all aspects of nature and is often revered in ritualism, mysticism and spirituality. Many of the events occurring in our reality are also completely random, and accidental in nature. This confluence of cyclicity and chance was inspiring in the process of creating the album.

The nature of ebb and flow opens an inner door to a timeless, sacred presence. It creates a sense of peace and purpose, reminding us that no matter what happens, the cycle of life continues and that its ups and downs are an inevitable part of something greater. With patience and practice, these subtle energies can be experienced and embraced in our own lives, providing insight, guidance, and life-changing energy.
