The new release emerges as a spontaneous offshoot of the artist’s ongoing Mithraic trilogy and reflects a deep, three-year exploration of Zoroastrianism, carried out in collaboration with the Romanian label Mask Of The Slave.

This latest chapter, set to be released on the Sardinian imprint Wild Drone Music, delves specifically into the Towers of Silence—structures historically used by followers of Zarathustra’s faith, and still utilized today by Zoroastrian diaspora communities in India for the exposure of the dead. In accordance with ancient Zoroastrian teachings, corpses are neither buried nor cremated, but left to decompose naturally, in harmony with the elements.

Musically, the release navigates a delicate balance between dark soundscapes and ritual tribal ambient, further enhanced by a reinterpretation from producer WTTM (alias of Matteo Frau), who brings his unique perspective to the project.
