Outsider Perception Syndrome is the brainchild of Brussels-based duo Laurens Desmet & Feras Daouk, best known for playing uncompromising live modular techno. Their debut album "Unarmed Saints" tells the story of a dystopian society heavily inspired by science fiction and a not so impossible future.
