At the dawn of its third season, Bella Ursa is proud to present you with the label head honcho’s second concept album.

Acting as a direct prequel to Letherique’s first album, Aurōra, Tenebrās Persequī depicts the harrowing journey of mankind on the self-destructive path to a fictional nuclear holocaust. Through 11 feverishly-crafted songs comprising one cohesive soundtrack, it portrays a tale of vile deception, inextricable conflicts, and inner torments which ultimately lead to a global rain of atomic ruin – and a world reborn.

Taking its inspiration from Public Informational Films of the Cold War era, a time when reality could sometimes be seen casually flirting with our quirkiest dystopian fantasies, it pays a vibrant homage to their sonic aesthetics.

Whether he is harnessing the beauty of chaotic melancholy or diving deep into tenebrous atmospherics, Letherique aims once again at taking you on a singular journey through unexpected sonic vistas of a world soon to be turned upside-down via atomically blast.
